MazePawn is an original implementation of an abstract strategy game played on a 9×9 grid, in which each player races a pawn to the opposite side while placing walls to lengthen the other's route. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any board game publisher.

Your account

You can play as a guest without an account. If you create one, keep your credentials to yourself — you are responsible for what happens under your account. Choose a display name that is not abusive or impersonating.

Fair play

Rated games are meant to be played by you, thinking. Do not:

Every move is validated by our server, and games are recorded. We may adjust ratings, restrict features, or close accounts that break these rules.

What you own, and what we own

Your games and messages remain yours. You grant us the permission needed to store them, show them to your opponent, and display them in replays, leaderboards and game review. The software, artwork and text of this site belong to Anant Deshpande.

The service is free, and provided as it is

We offer no guarantee that the service will be available, uninterrupted or free of errors, and we may change or discontinue any part of it. Ratings, game history and accounts may be lost in the event of a failure. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of a free game.

Ending it

You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or end access for a serious or repeated breach of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of India, and disputes will be heard by the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
